Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Spoken English Teacher cum Business Developer. The role involves planning and delivering engaging spoken English lessons for learners, focusing on communication skills, fluency, and confidence.

The teacher will assess learners’ needs, design lesson plans, track progress, and provide constructive feedback. As a Business Developer, the role includes identifying potential corporate clients, presenting training solutions, building relationships with decision-makers, and supporting business growth activities such as meetings, follow-ups, and basic proposal preparation.



The position requires close collaboration with the training team to ensure that teaching and business development efforts align with Inspiring Lives Enterprises’ training philosophy and organizational development goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in English Teaching, Teaching, and Education, with experience facilitating spoken English or communication skills training.
- Candidates should possess Lesson Planning skills and the ability to design structured, goal-oriented training sessions tailored to learner needs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to interact confidently with learners and corporate clients.
- Proven ability or strong interest in business development, client relationship management, and promoting training services to organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Business, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in teaching or training are an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Jaipur, with a proactive, accountable mindset aligned to organizational development and training philosophy.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
