The Role

We’re looking for a Specialist-Talent Sourcing role who enjoys learning and values teamwork. If you’re good at Sourcing & creating pipeline, and excited to grow in a supportive environment, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

- Apply data-led sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent
- Use your candidate assessment skills to deliver quality shortlists and hiring outcomes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment teams to execute hiring strategies.
- Contribute to talent pipelining and future hiring needs through proactive sourcing.
- Drive continuous improvement in sourcing effectiveness, compliance, and candidate experience.

Skills & Requirements

- Demonstrated ability in talent sourcing and candidate screening.
- Strength in stakeholder management and recruitment delivery.
- Familiarity with ATS, CRM systems, sourcing platforms, and MS Office.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment




- Strong communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining quality and accuracy
