We are looking for a skilled Specialist System Engineer – Oracle SBC with 5–8 years of experience in Oracle Session Border Controller technologies, VoIP/IP Telephony, SIP/RTP, and network troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Oracle SBC, Oracle ECB, Wireshark, packet analysis, and communication protocols, along with experience in incident and change management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and troubleshoot Oracle SBC and Oracle ECB environments.
- Troubleshoot SIP, RTP, VoIP, and IP Telephony issues.
- Perform network troubleshooting using packet analysis and Wireshark.
- Analyze network traffic and identify communication and connectivity issues.
- Work with DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory environments.
- Handle incidents and changes according to established processes.
- Collaborate with network, security, infrastructure,



and application teams.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolution of production issues.
- Follow Agile methodologies and contribute effectively within a technical team.
