Manthan Publication is inviting applications from qualified and experienced Subject Experts to join our academic content development team for the Manthan Scholarship Examination (Std. 1st to 8th).

We are looking for experts in:

• Mathematics

• Marathi

• English

• IQ / Intelligence

Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality, syllabus-oriented questions for students from Std. 1st to 8th.
- Prepare conceptual, logical and age-appropriate MCQs and practice questions.
- Develop and review question papers, worksheets and academic content.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity and appropriate difficulty levels of all questions.
- Review and edit content prepared by the academic team.
- Contribute creative and cutting-edge ideas for improving examination and learning material.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the Manthan Scholarship Examination requirements.

Candidate Profile
- Strong subject knowledge with a relevant academic background.
- Prior experience in teaching, academic content development,



question-paper setting or curriculum development will be preferred.
- Good understanding of the academic requirements of Std. 1st to 8th students.
- Excellent written and communication skills in the respective subject.
- Ability to create high-quality, error-free and student-friendly academic content.
- Passion for education and a strong commitment to academic quality.

? Work Arrangement Remote / Work From Home

This is a flexible remote opportunity . Subject Experts can work at their convenient time , subject to agreed deadlines and content requirements. There is no requirement to work from a fixed location.
