Requirement:

- Manage end-to-end proposal writing and bid management activities, including responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and tenders.
- Review and analyse client RFP/RFI documents to understand business requirements, evaluation criteria, compliance requirements, and submission guidelines.
- Develop high-quality, compliant proposal responses while ensuring adherence to all client requirements and organizational standards.
- Provide end-to-end bid support, including proposal planning, content development, documentation, review, and final submission.
- Review proposal baselines and prepare initial draft responses based on RFP requirements and solution inputs from stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), sales, and leadership to manage proposal reviews,



approvals, sign-offs, and timely submissions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance proposal quality, reduce bid turnaround time, and improve response efficiency.
- Create and maintain project plans, workflow trackers, Gantt charts, and proposal schedules to monitor bid progress and ensure milestone adherence.
- Manage proposal documentation, version control, and submissions through bid portals and proposal management tools.
- Track and present bid metrics, proposal dashboards, win/loss analysis, pipeline reports, and submission status to support management decision-making.
