Job Title: Spa Therapist

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing professional spa and wellness treatments to hotel guests while ensuring high standards of service, hygiene, guest satisfaction, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform massages, body treatments, facials, and other spa services.

- Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments.

- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment.

- Ensure proper use and storage of spa products and equipment.

- Provide professional, courteous, and personalized guest service.

- Follow hotel and spa SOPs, safety standards, and hygiene procedures.

- Maintain treatment records and report any guest concerns to the supervisor.

- Promote spa services and packages when appropriate.





- Coordinate with Front Office and other hotel departments for guest requirements.

- Maintain professional grooming and appearance at all times.

Requirements:

- Certification/diploma in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Beauty & Wellness, or related field.

- Previous hotel/resort/spa experience preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of different massage and spa treatment techniques.

- Strong customer-service orientation.

- Ability to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
