About the Role

We are looking for a SOX Compliance Analyst with strong hands-on experience in SOX 404, internal controls and ICFR. The ideal candidate should have experience with control walkthroughs, risk assessment, control testing, Risk Control Matrices, control deficiencies and remediation.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute SOX compliance activities.
- Perform process walkthroughs and risk assessments.
- Identify and document key risks and controls.
- Prepare and maintain Risk Control Matrices.
- Perform control testing and assess control effectiveness.
- Review evidence and identify control exceptions.
- Support control deficiency assessment and remediation.
- Coordinate with process owners on remediation activities.
- Support internal and external SOX audits.
- Maintain process narratives, flowcharts and control documentation.
- Prepare SOX compliance reports and management updates.




- Identify opportunities for control improvement and automation.

Key Software Workiva, AuditBoard, ServiceNow, Archer, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI and GRC tools.

Accounting & Compliance Knowledge

SOX 404, ICFR, Internal Controls, Risk Assessment, Control Testing, Control Design, Control Effectiveness, RCM, Walkthroughs, Control Deficiencies, Remediation, Internal Audit and US Financial Reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or related field.
- CA, CPA, CIA, ACCA, CISA or CMA preferred.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong SOX 404 / ICFR experience.
- Experience in control testing and risk assessment.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Ability to work from office in Sector 90, Noida.
