Position :South Indian Chef

Work Location: Luxury Resort, Maldives

Salary & Benefits

- Basic Salary: USD 300 per month
- Service Charge (SC): USD 500800 per month
- Service Charge Payment: 50% paid in USD
- Estimated Monthly Earnings: USD 800–1,100
- Free food provided by the resort.

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare authentic South Indian breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Ensure proper food preparation, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation at all times.
- Manage kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage through effective stock control.
- Follow resort recipes, food safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a South Indian Chef.




- Strong knowledge of traditional South Indian cuisine, including breakfast items, curries, rice varieties, snacks, and tiffin preparations.
- Experience in hotels, restaurants, or luxury resorts is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced professional kitchen.
- Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
