Qualifications
- Solid expertise in South Indian cuisine, including regional specialties from Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala and Karnataka.
- Proficiency in menu planning, recipe development, portion control and cost management.
- Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced hotel or restaurant kitchen.
- Relevant culinary qualification or certification from a recognized hotel management or culinary institute.
- Previous experience as a South Indian Chef or in a similar role within a reputable hospitality establishment.
