Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage Banca channel sales performance, including number of active agents, premium targets, and persistency goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, pricing strategy, and distribution optimization.

- Analyze sales data to identify areas of strength and weakness, making recommendations for process improvements.

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives through effective relationship management with key stakeholders.

- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the Banca channel, leveraging market trends and competitor analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of experience in insurance industry or related field (bancassurance).

- Robust understanding of bancassurance products and services.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
