Role Description The Sourcing & Vendor Compliance Specialist – Food Products is a full-time, in office role based in Ghaziabad. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding food product suppliers, ensuring they meet company quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Daily activities include reviewing supplier documentation, monitoring compliance with food and beverage regulations, coordinating audits, and maintaining accurate vendor records. The Specialist collaborates with procurement, quality assurance, and sales teams to align sourcing decisions with business needs and customer expectations. The role also involves resolving vendor issues,



supporting continuous improvement in the supply base, and contributing to cost-effective, compliant sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and professional Communication skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with vendors and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to be Easily Adaptable , with flexibility to manage changing priorities, multiple suppliers, and dynamic market conditions.
- Experience in Customer Service , with a focus on supporting internal stakeholders and maintaining positive vendor relationships.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage products, food safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements for sourcing and vendor management.
- Exposure to Sales or commercial functions, enabling alignment of sourcing strategies with pricing, margins, and customer expectations.
- Relevant experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain within the food industry.
- Ability to analyze supplier performance data and prepare explicit compliance and sourcing reports.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing documentation, contracts, and audit records.
- Proficiency with standard office software and basic supply chain or procurement tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
