- Execute end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities across Facilities categories
- Manage RFx events, supplier evaluation, and sourcing projects
- Support contract negotiations and procurement governance processes
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers across APJ and EMEA regions
- Drive supplier performance, operational efficiency, and risk management initiatives
Required Experience
- 3-5 years of procurement and sourcing experience
- Strong experience in Strategic Sourcing & RFx Management
- Supplier Evaluation and Supplier Relationship Management expertise
- Experience supporting contract negotiations
- Knowledge of Procurement Processes & Governance
- Market Analysis and Benchmarking skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Facilities sourcing categories such as Facilities Management (FM), Security, Janitorial, Workplace Services, and Catering
- Experience supporting regional or global sourcing programs
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Exposure to APJ and EMEA markets
