The person should be responsible for finding white-collar candidates for overseas/Gulf opportunities, building candidate and agent networks, managing recruitment pipelines, and also supporting your company's social media presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing
- Source qualified white-collar candidates through online job portals, LinkedIn, social media, professional networks, databases, references, and recruitment groups.
- Identify candidates suitable for GCC/Gulf countries, particularly Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain.
- Search for candidates based on job descriptions, qualifications, experience, salary expectations, location and availability.
- Build and continuously maintain a strong database of potential candidates.
- Talent Acquisition
- Understand client requirements and prepare effective candidate search strategies.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.
- Shortlist candidates according to client requirements.
- Verify candidate experience, qualifications, availability, salary expectations and willingness to relocate abroad.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until selection and deployment.
- Online Recruitment & Networking
- Develop candidate networks through LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram and other skilled/social platforms.
- Identify and connect with industry professionals and passive candidates.
- Build talent pools for frequently required positions such as IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Finance, HR, Sales, Management, Healthcare and other white-collar roles.
- Maintain a database of previously interviewed and potential candidates for future requirements.
- Agent & Recruitment Network Management
- Identify and develop relationships with reliable recruitment agents, consultants and sourcing partners.
- Obtain candidate profiles from agents and evaluate them against client requirements.
- Maintain an active database of agents and their areas of specialization.
- Coordinate with agents regarding vacancies, candidate availability, interviews and selections.
- Client Requirement Management
- Study Job Descriptions (JDs) received from clients and understand the technical and professional requirements.
- Convert client requirements into effective sourcing keywords and search criteria.
- Maintain accurate candidate submission records.
- Follow up with clients for CV feedback, interview results and selections.
- Recruitment Reporting
- Maintain daily/weekly sourcing and recruitment reports.

- CVs submitted to clients
- Interviews scheduled
- Candidates selected
- Candidates rejected
- Candidates under process
- Meet monthly sourcing and placement targets.
- Social Media Management
- Manage the company's recruitment-related social media presence.
- Create and publish vacancy posts, recruitment announcements and company updates.
- Manage platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
- Write attractive job-posting content and recruitment captions.
- Coordinate with the design team or create basic recruitment creatives when required.
- Respond to candidate enquiries and direct suitable candidates into the recruitment process.
- Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to increase candidate reach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
