Sourcing Merchandiser – Key Responsibilities

- Source and develop garment and apparel products from suitable vendors and manufacturers.

- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers.

- Coordinate with vendors for product development, samples, costing, and order execution.

- Negotiate prices, MOQs, lead times, and commercial terms with vendors.

- Prepare and compare vendor quotations and costing to ensure competitive pricing.

- Follow up on sample development, approvals, production timelines, and deliveries.

- Coordinate with internal teams such as Design, Buying, QA/QC, and Sales for smooth product execution.

- Monitor vendor performance regarding quality, cost, and delivery timelines.

- Ensure products are developed as per required design, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

- Maintain proper records of vendors, product development, costing, samples, and orders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
