Job Title: Sourcing Manager (Real Estate)
Job Location: Thane
Salary Budget:: Upto 12 LPA (Basis Last Drawn)
Shift: Dayshift – 6 week offs in a month (Weekends will be working)
_Qualifications & Skills:_
● Education: Graduate in any discipline
● Experience: 2 to 8 yrs of Sourcing Experience for Residential Projects for Central Market
_Skills:_
● Excellent relationship management and networking skills.
● Robust communication and negotiation abilities.
● Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
● Ability to build and manage broker and channel partner networks.
_Key Responsibilities:_
Channel Partner Management & Lead Generation:
● Build and maintain a strong network of brokers, channel partners, and real estate consultants in Western Zone.
● Generate qualified leads through channel partners and broker relationships.
● Conduct regular broker meets,
project presentations, and engagement activities.
● Ensure strong relationship management with existing and new channel partners.
Sales Coordination & Conversion Support:
● Work closely with internal sales team to convert sourced leads into bookings.
● Track sourcing performance, lead pipeline, and conversion ratios.
Market Engagement & Intelligence:
● Share regular updates on inventory, pricing, and offers with channel partners.
● Support project launches, campaigns, and broker engagement initiatives.
● Provide market intelligence on competitor projects and pricing trends.
