Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
End-to-End Deal Management: Expertly manage the transaction lifecycle from lead generation and site surveys to negotiation and final closure.
Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive property market analysis and maintain an extensive database of premium residential inventory.
HNI & Corporate Networking: Build and nurture strong relationships with High Net Worth Individuals, corporate clients, and embassies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with landlords, developers, and internal marketing teams to design effective property positioning strategies.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure high accuracy in preparing lease/sale agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and MIS reporting.
About You:




Residential Sales/Leasing: Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales or business development (preferably with IPCs or leading developers)
Educational Background: Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
