Develop and maintain MEP BIM models using Revit (mandatory).
Coordinate with Architectural, Structural and MEP teams for clash-free project delivery.
Prepare construction/shop drawings and update models based on design revisions.
Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and quality requirements.
Work on-site at a Data Centre project in Powai, Mumbai.

Requirements
3–6 years of experience as an MEP BIM Modeller.
Mandatory: Proficiency in Revit (MEP).
Experience in MEP modelling and multidisciplinary coordination.
Data Centre project experience preferred.
Willingness to work on-site in Powai, Mumbai.
