You’ll lead technical teams across the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and product conception through deployment and ongoing optimization.
The role combines hands-on engineering with strategic leadership, requiring strong expertise across both front-end and back-end development.
You’ll help shape secure, scalable blockchain applications while contributing to new approaches for connecting physical assets with digital experiences.

Accountabilities
Lead the design and implementation of innovative capabilities leveraging blockchain technologies while managing, mentoring, and coordinating engineering teams.
Own technical direction and contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and development through testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain scalable, reliable, and well-functioning applications and databases.
Design and build blockchain-based applications using technologies such as Solidity, JavaScript, and Web3 libraries.
Develop secure systems for recording and storing blockchain data while protecting digital transactions against unauthorized changes, vulnerabilities, and attacks.
