Role Summary
The Manager – Finance leads the company's investment and fundraising activity. The major portion of this role is investments — evaluating opportunities, managing capital deployment,



and building the financial narrative that stands up to investor scrutiny. You will drive fundraising rounds end to end and keep the organisation in a constant state of investor readiness. This role suits someone who has worked inside a startup and understands how early- and growth-stage capital actually moves.
Key Responsibilities — Investments (core)
Own the investment agenda: evaluate, structure, and track capital deployment and returns across the business.
Build and maintain financial models, valuations, and scenario analysis to support investment and growth decisions.
Assess investment opportunities and prepare recommendation notes for the leadership team.
Manage cash-flow planning, treasury, and allocation of capital across priorities.
Monitor portfolio and investment performance and report on key metrics to leadership.
Fundraising & Investor Readiness
Lead fundraising rounds end to end — preparation, outreach support, diligence, and close.
