You will be involved in a variety of operational activities that support the development, management, and delivery of assessment content, while building expertise in content production processes, stakeholder management, and reporting.




Opportunity
As an Assessment Content Controller, you will provide administrative, operational, and reporting support to enable efficient, scalable production of validated assessment content. Working as part of the Noida operations team, supporting UK-based content teams, you will:

Maintain production schedules, trackers, workflow documentation, and content records to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
Coordinate meetings and content development activities with internal stakeholders, freelancers, and suppliers.
Support content commissioning activities by preparing documentation, assigning task IDs, issuing standard communications, and updating tracking systems.
Maintain Statements of Work, budget trackers, and accurate supplier records while responding to routine payment and operational queries.
