This role offers the opportunity to transform how enterprise localization programs are delivered through AI-powered production strategies.
You’ll work directly with major customers to understand their needs and translate them into measurable service levels, effective workflows, and scalable solutions.
The position combines customer partnership, production operations, process optimization, automation, and strategic problem-solving.
You’ll lead complex onboarding initiatives and develop intelligent workflows that reduce manual effort while improving quality and delivery performance.
A major focus will be identifying opportunities to deploy AI agents across multi-step production processes and eliminate operational waste.
You’ll also oversee account health, customer SLAs, financial performance, and other critical KPIs through data-driven monitoring and reporting.

Accountabilities
Drive the adoption of AI across production operations, identifying agent-driven solutions that optimize workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve service delivery.
Partner closely with enterprise customers to understand business requirements and align production strategies, SLAs, and KPIs with their objectives.
Lead the design and implementation of customer-specific processes and systems covering workflow management, project delivery, invoicing, and service operations.
Lead onboarding for new customers and service lines, using AI-first approaches to accelerate, standardize, and improve implementation.
Scope new services and prepare competitive pricing proposals, estimates, assumptions, and SLAs using intelligent tools and data-driven analysis.
