Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with automobile spare-parts dealers, retailers, workshops, and prospective customers.
Conduct regular field visits to promote the company's spare-parts product range.
Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities across the assigned territory.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers to support sales growth.
Maintain robust relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat business.
Monitor competitor activities, market demand, pricing trends, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal sales and distribution teams for customer requirements and order follow-ups.
Prepare routine market-visit, lead,



and customer follow-up reports.
Required Skills
Automobile Spare Parts Knowledge — Understanding of two-wheeler spare parts and the automotive distribution market.
Field Marketing — Ability to conduct regular market and customer visits.
Dealer Development — Ability to identify, approach, and develop dealer/retailer relationships.
Lead Generation & Follow-up — Ability to identify prospects and systematically follow up on opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management — Ability to maintain productive relationships with customers and channel partners.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of the Trichy automobile/spare-parts market.
Experience working with distributors, dealers, retailers, or workshops.
Basic sales reporting and market analysis skills.
