Job Title: APAC Security and Resilience Lead
Job Summary: The APAC Security and Resilience Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive security and business continuity strategies across the Asia-Pacific region. This role ensures the protection of the organization's assets, people, and operations while enhancing resilience against various threats and disruptions.
The position requires a deep understanding of the diverse risk landscape in the APAC region and the ability to adapt global security standards to local contexts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement security and resilience strategies tailored to the APAC region, aligned with global corporate policies
Oversee physical security, information security, and business continuity programs across APAC offices and operations
Conduct regular risk assessments and threat analyses specific to APAC countries and markets
Design and implement crisis management and emergency response plans for various scenarios
Lead and coordinate security and resilience teams across APAC countries
Collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders to ensure consistent security practices
Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement, government agencies, and security partners in APAC countries
Ensure compliance with local and international security regulations and standards
