Minimum qualifications:
1 year of HR shared services, payroll, customer service, or related experience, preferably within a large multi-state organization.
Working knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and compliance requirements within at least one HR functional area (ex: employee data, perks, payroll, staffing, compensation, or learning).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred qualifications:
3 years of HR shared services, payroll, customer service, or related experience, preferably within a large multi-state organization.
Ability to accurately process transactions and maintain confidential employee information.
Ability to identify issues in straightforward situations, follow established procedures, and make sound decisions within defined guidelines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with contact center technology and case management systems (ex: ServiceNow).
Experience with workforce management or HR systems (ex: Kronos,
Workday, UKG).
Strong customer service skills with a focus on timely and accurate resolution of employee inquiries.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, follow established processes, and meet service-level expectations.
Ability to recognize when issues fall outside standard procedures and require escalation.
Professional communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with employees and managers at all levels.
Understanding of standard business practices and professionalism in a service-oriented environment

Support the Human Resources and Payroll teams by providing timely assistance to associates and managers on HR, payroll, timekeeping, and attendance-related inquiries.
Enter, maintain, and audit employee time, attendance, and personnel data in HR and payroll systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
