deliverables across workstreams like knowledge transfer, technology, and people

Summary:
As a Transition Lead, your day involves overseeing and coordinating the seamless
transfer of services, teams, or processes from their current state to a current
operational phase. You will manage multiple workstreams, ensuring that timelines
are met and stakeholders remain informed and engaged. Your role includes
aligning transition activities with organizational objectives, facilitating
knowledge transfer, integrating technology and personnel, and preparing all




involved parties for a smooth and efficient execution. This position requires a
proactive approach to managing complexities and ensuring minimal disruption
throughout the transition period.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of
transition milestones.
- Monitor and report on transition progress, identifying risks and implementing
mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to maintain transparency and
manage expectations.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
