What would you do? • Lead seller training and enablement operations while managing teams, client relationships, resource utilization, program delivery, hiring, transitions, and AI driven transformation initiatives.
Act as the primary escalation point for operational and client issues while ensuring delivery excellence and business outcomes. • The team helps assess design build and implement best practices on process organization and technology to create execute and run a team-oriented sales and support roles • Ability to verbally engage in a concise manner with stakeholders to share opinions or information to convey meaning, construct shared understanding, or promote action.
