The candidate should be a people-oriented professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage HR processes effectively in a manufacturing or B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Process Management
Oversee, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, SOPs, and employee-related procedures.
Ensure effective execution of day-to-day HR operations and maintain accurate employee records.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experience, and operational efficiency.
Drive digitisation and automation of HR processes wherever applicable.
