Summary:
This role focuses on designing and drafting electrical wiring harnesses, control panels, and schematic drawings for generator (Genset) systems using AutoCAD/BricsCAD. It requires strong knowledge of electrical design, PLC architecture, switchgear, generators, wiring standards and component selection,



preferably with experience in the power generation industry. The position also involves collaborating with technical architects, documenting processes, solving engineering problems, and managing multiple priorities in a global team setting.
Required Skills
Expertise in AutoCAD/BricsCAD, Creo cabling & Schematics in the areas of control panel design and wiring harness within Genset system design. Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP and Windchill.
Role Requirements
Design and drafting of Wiring harness and control panel layout in Genset system.
Control panel and Genset system schematic drawings, layout and SLD’s.
Should possess knowledge in the wiring harness standards for design & Development according to respective regional requirement.
Knowhow of GLOBAL standards (e.g. IEC, ANSI, NFPA, BSI and CENELEC), Switchgear and component selection, type characteristic of the components.
