Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to design, architect, and
continuously improve our enterprise subscription billing systems across
Services, Software, and Hardware offerings. This strategic role requires a blend
of technical expertise, business acumen, and collaborative leadership to drive
our subscription & services revenue transformation initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS & DESIGN

* Gather and analyze business requirements for subscription/services billing
processes and systems

* Design functional specifications and technical architecture for enterprise
subscription management solutions

* Create detailed process flows, data models, and system integration designs





* Define business rules and logic for subscription lifecycle management
(provisioning, renewals, upgrades, cancellations)

CONFIGURATION & IMPLEMENTATION

* Configure and customize subscription billing platforms to meet business
requirements

* Manage configuration changes across development, testing, and production
environments

* Design and implement pricing models, billing schedules, and revenue
recognition rules

* Develop integration specifications between billing systems and
upstream/downstream applications (ERP, CRM, order management)

TESTING & QUALITY ASSURANCE

* Develop comprehensive test strategies and test cases for subscription billing
scenarios

* Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders

* Validate data integrity, billing accuracy, and system performance

* Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams
