Job Purpose
To manage end-to-end HR operations from pre-boarding to employee exit, ensuring accurate employee records, timely HR processes, effective coordination, and compliance with company policies. The role requires working knowledge of HRMS and basic Excel.
Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-boarding & Joining

· Coordinate pre-joining formalities and documentation.
· Collect and verify employee documents and personal information.
· Create and maintain employee records in the HRMS.
· Coordinate joining formalities, induction, and onboarding activities.
· Ensure timely completion of joining documentation and checklists.

2. Employee Records & HRMS

· Maintain accurate and updated employee records in the HRMS.
· Update employee information related to transfers, promotions, leave, attendance, and other employee movements.
· Generate basic HR reports from the HRMS.
· Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee data.

3. Attendance & Leave Management

· Monitor attendance and leave records.
· Coordinate with employees and reporting managers for attendance regularisation.




· Maintain leave records and support monthly attendance closure.
· Assist in resolving routine attendance and leave-related queries.

4. HR Documentation & Employee Support

· Prepare HR letters, documents, and employee communications as required.
· Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
· Respond to routine employee queries related to HR policies, processes, leave, attendance, and documentation.
· Coordinate with relevant departments for employee-related requirements.

5. Payroll Support

· Provide accurate attendance, leave, and employee data to the payroll team.
· Support monthly payroll inputs and verification.
· Coordinate on discrepancies related to attendance, leave, and employee master data.

6. Employee Engagement & HR Activities

· Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
· Assist in employee communication and HR awareness activities.
