About the Role
Securitas is seeking a highly motivated ICFR Associate to support the Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) program across 12 countries within the AMEA region.



The role will be responsible for assessing and monitoring financial controls, supporting risk assessments, driving remediation activities, and leveraging technology and AI-enabled analytics to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ICFR related activities.

Responsibilities
ICFR Program Execution & Compliance
Conduct ICFR testing to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of group controls processes (Purchase to pay, Sales to cash, FSCP, Payroll, treasury, fixed assets, etc) across AMEA countries.
Perform walkthroughs, control testing, and documentation reviews.
Support management in identifying control gaps, root causes, and remediation plans.
Evaluate segregation of duties (SoD), authorization controls, and financial reporting risks.
