We are seeking a dynamic Key Accounts Manager to look after sales of our brands in HORECA channel of Goa. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10+ years of sales experience in the liquor industry. The candidate must be well-versed with F&B; managers and purchase managers of HORECA outlets of Goa.

Location: Goa, India
Sales territory: Goa

Responsibilities:
1) Develop and maintain solid relationships with key accounts in the HORECA channel.
2) Drive sales growth in HORECA channel by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the designated territory.
3) Conduct regular visits and meetings with F&B; managers and purchase managers to understand their requirements and address any issues or concerns and follow up on orders.
4) Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts to ensure mutual benefit and long-term partnerships.
5) Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to senior management.

Requirements:
1) Minimum of 10 years of working experience in a sales position within the liquor industry, looking after Goa HORECA channel. Must have worked in reputed companies.
2) Strong understanding of the HORECA channel and familiarity with F&B; managers and purchase managers of HORECA outlets in Goa.
3) Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. 4) Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
5) Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

Salary Range: Salary ranging from 5 Lakh to 8.5 Lakh per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
