Role Description The Telesales Specialist intern will engage with prospective and existing clients over phone and digital channels to promote travel and visa services, answer inquiries, and guide customers through service options. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound leads, explaining service offerings, capturing accurate customer information, and updating records in internal systems. The intern will follow up with leads,



support basic customer service requests, and coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth handover of confirmed cases. The role also involves learning sales techniques, product details, and compliance requirements specific to the travel and visa domain. This is an internship role with a hybrid work arrangement, based in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, build trust, and resolve basic issues professionally.
