About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Consultant who can understand client requirements, identify the right AI/Voice AI solution, conduct product demonstrations, and work closely with clients and internal technical teams to deliver the right solution.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with client interactions, product demos, requirement gathering, solutioning and Voice AI concepts .

Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering

- Interact with prospective and existing clients to understand their business requirements and challenges.
- Conduct requirement discovery calls and understand customer workflows.
- Translate business requirements into practical AI/Voice AI solutions.
- Act as a bridge between clients, sales, product and technical teams.

Product Demonstrations

- Conduct engaging product demos and presentations for clients.
- Demonstrate Voice AI solutions, conversational AI, voice bots and related capabilities.
- Customize demos according to the client's industry and use case.
- Explain technical concepts in a simple, business-friendly manner.

Solutioning

- Design and propose appropriate solutions based on client requirements.
- Prepare solution presentations, workflows, use cases and solution documents.




- Identify gaps between the client's requirements and existing product capabilities.
- Work with the engineering/product team to determine feasibility and customization requirements.

Voice AI / Technical Understanding

- Understand concepts such as:
- Voice AI
- Conversational AI
- AI Voice Agents
- Call flows
- Understand how Voice AI can be integrated with CRM, APIs and other business systems.
- Coordinate with technical teams during POC and implementation discussions.

POC & Client Support

- Support Proof of Concepts (POCs) and pilot projects.
- Coordinate with developers and product teams to ensure client requirements are addressed.
- Collect client feedback and communicate it internally.
- Support the sales team during technical discussions and negotiations.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills .
- Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct qualified product demos.
- Good understanding of AI/Voice AI technologies .
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solutions.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams .
- Comfortable with PowerPoint/Google Slides and preparing solution presentations.
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations and software products.
