Atlassian Solution Architect

Role Purpose

Lead the architecture, administration, optimization, and innovation of the Atlassian platform, driving AI, automation, and operational excellence across Jira, JSM, and Confluence.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and administer Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence.
- Optimize Atlassian tools, workflows, governance, and user experience.
- Develop integrations using Atlassian REST APIs.
- Drive adoption of Atlassian Rovo AI, AI, and automation initiatives.
- Identify platform improvement opportunities and proactively implement solutions.




- Partner with stakeholders to define and execute the Atlassian roadmap.
- Ensure platform reliability, security, and scalability.

Required Experience

- Strong experience with Jira, JSM, and Confluence administration.
- Experience with Atlassian REST APIs and integrations.
- Expertise in Atlassian platform optimization and governance.
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian Rovo AI.
- Ability to work independently and drive solutions with minimal direction.
- Solid ownership mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for AI, automation, and continuous improvement.

Work Schedule

- Available to work from 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM IST.
