Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree

- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and refine outputs

- Robust business writing, communication,



and presentation skills

- 2–4 years of experience in analytical or operations roles

- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

- Strong foundation in data analysis and statistics

- Experience working with structured datasets to perform analysis, identify trends, and communicate findings in business-friendly formats.

Preferred

- Exposure to competitor benchmarking or competitor insights analysis

- Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques (PowerBI, Power Query, automation tools)

- Salesforce reporting and dashboarding experience

- Experience in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry

- Experience developing or following Standard Operating Procedures

- Qualtrics or similar survey platform experience

- Understanding of market research survey design concepts

- Familiarity with data visualization principles and BI storytelling best practices
