We are looking for a Jr./Sr. Solution Architect to join our product engineering team and work on a mission-driven Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM product developed for our US-based University.
Position Jr./Sr. Solution Architect – Dynamics 365 CRM Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work From Office – 5 days a week
Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Notice Period: Immediate to 45 days preferred

- We are looking for a strong technical skilled with extensive experience in:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
- Dynamics 365 solution design, customization, development and integration
- C# / .NET
- CRM Plugins & SDK
- Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate & Power Pages
- Dataverse
- APIs and integration with external systems
- CRM workflows, business processes and Flows
- Source control and CI/CD environments
- Troubleshooting, debugging and performance optimization
- Designing scalable and maintainable CRM solutions
- Technical decision-making and solution governance
- Mentoring development teams and reviewing technical solutions
- Working closely with technical and business stakeholders
? Key Responsibilities
- Design and guide the architecture of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions
- Define technical approaches, integration patterns and scalable solution designs
- Review technical designs and development solutions
- Design and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems
- Guide the use of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse
- Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability and efficiency
- Mentor and guide technical team members
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Stay current with Dynamics 365, Power Platform and emerging AI capabilities
