Role: Solution Consultant / Customer Success
Location: Gurgaon / Bengaluru
Experience: 1+ years in SaaS / Pre-Sales / Customer Success / B2B tech or relevant experience

- Enjoy decoding complex problems and turning them into transparent, actionable solutions.
- Are comfortable discussing APIs and workflows without needing to be a full-time engineer.
- Get energized by client calls, demos, and collaborative “let’s whiteboard this” sessions.
What you’ll be working on:
- Designing impactful solutions on top of our Voice AI HR platform for workforce management.
- Driving onboarding success by training new customers and ensuring they truly benefit from our products.
