- 10+ years of experience in Banking IT, with strong experience in Finacle Core Banking.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect / Technical Architect on Finacle implementations or transformation programs.
- Robust knowledge of Finacle modules, architecture, customization, APIs, interfaces, and integration.
- Experience integrating Finacle with payments, digital banking, lending, cards, AML/KYC, CRM, and external systems.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, microservices, middleware, databases,
and enterprise integration.
- Experience working with banking stakeholders, system integrators, and offshore delivery teams.
- Strong communication, solutioning, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in large-scale bank transformation / Finacle upgrade or migration programs.
- Exposure to cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and modern API architecture.
- Experience working with international banks and regulatory environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture, design, integration, and implementation of Finacle-based banking solutions.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable Finacle architecture and technical solutions.
- Design integrations between Finacle and digital channels, payments, CRM, AML/KYC, cards, lending, and other banking systems.
- Provide architectural guidance for Finacle customization, interfaces, workflows, APIs, and data flows.
- Review technical designs, integration patterns, performance, security, and scalability.
- Lead technical discussions with business, technology, vendors, and offshore delivery teams.
- Support Finacle upgrades, migrations, production issues, and modernization initiatives.
- Ensure solutions align with banking standards, security, regulatory, and enterprise architecture principles.
