Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, enterprise application architecture, system integration, automation, and digital transformation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade solutions while working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead solution architecture and technical design for enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and secure technical solutions.
- Define application, data, integration, security, and infrastructure architecture.
- Design architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and solution documentation.
- Design integrations with enterprise systems, cloud services, third-party applications, and APIs.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct architecture and technical reviews.
- Support solution estimation, planning, risk assessment, and delivery execution.
- Mentor developers and technical leads and promote best practices.
- Drive modernization initiatives using Power Platform, Azure, AI, automation, and Generative AI.
- Ensure solutions follow security, governance, compliance, and architectural standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.

Required Skills
- 8–12 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Application Design, or Digital Transformation.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI and dashboard development.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and data modeling.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Builder.




- Experience integrating SharePoint Online with Power Platform solutions.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and Custom Connectors.
- Experience with Azure Services and Azure Functions.
- Knowledge of system integration, enterprise connectivity, and data migration.
- Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
- Solid understanding of Power Platform governance, security, and compliance.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent technical documentation and solution design capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Solution Architect in enterprise digital transformation programs.
- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect certification (AZ-305).
- Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect experience.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid solutions.
- Experience mentoring technical teams and driving technology innovation.
