: We are looking for a Solar Trainer to conduct technical and practical training in solar PV systems and installation.

Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training on solar PV systems.
- Demonstrate solar panel installation, wiring, connections, testing, and maintenance.
- Explain solar components such as panels, inverters, batteries, and related electrical systems.
- Provide hands-on guidance to learners during practical sessions.
- Demonstrate the safe and correct use of tools and equipment.
- Conduct troubleshooting and practical exercises.
- Monitor learner performance and provide technical guidance.
- Maintain attendance and basic training records.
- Coordinate with the project team regarding training schedules and requirements.

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical,



Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Practical experience in solar PV installation or electrical work.
- Knowledge of solar panels, inverters, batteries, wiring, and electrical systems.
- Previous experience as a technical trainer will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and practical demonstration skills.
- Willingness to work at Chinchpada, Dadra & Nagar Haveli.

Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred. Work Location: Chinchpada, Dadra & Nagar Haveli

Pay: From ₹9,374.19 per month
