Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor solar project site activities as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and project teams for smooth execution.

- Ensure proper installation of solar modules, structures, cables, inverters, and other electrical components.

- Monitor daily site progress, quality, safety, and work schedules.

- Prepare daily site reports and maintain project documentation.

- Coordinate with the Project Engineer/Project Manager for timely completion of activities.

- Identify and resolve site-level technical issues.

- Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or a related field.

- 0–3 years of experience in solar projects/site execution.

- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can also apply.

- Basic knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical installations, and site execution.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

- Willingness to travel to project sites.
