About the Role

Spectra Solar Power is looking for an energetic Sales Executive to drive B2C rooftop solar adoption across the Karnal and Kurukshetra regions. You will be responsible for direct customer outreach, conducting site assessments, educating homeowners on government solar subsidies (PM Surya Ghar Yojana), and closing residential rooftop deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct Field Sales: Conduct door-to-door, neighborhood outreach, local canopy activities, and field visits to pitch rooftop solar solutions to homeowners and residential societies.

- Lead Generation & Conversion: Convert company-provided leads and self-generated prospects through field visits, phone calls, and site consultations.

- Customer Education: Explain grid-tied rooftop solar systems, net-metering benefits, electricity bill savings, payback periods, and central/state subsidy schemes.

- Site Survey Coordination: Perform preliminary site measurements (shadow assessment, roof area verification) and coordinate with technical teams for detailed feasibility.

- Proposal & Closing: Prepare cost estimates, present quotations, explain financing/EMI options,



and collect initial booking amounts to finalize sales.

- Process Handover: Assist homeowners with documentation required for DISCOM net-metering approvals and subsidy application processing.

Requirements & Key Skills

- Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech, B.Sc, BBA, or Diploma preferred).

- Experience: 1–4 years in direct B2C field sales (Experience in Solar, Consumer Durables, Inverters/Batteries, Telecom, or D2C home products is highly preferred).

- Local Knowledge: Strong geographic familiarity with residential sectors, colonies, and outskirts of Karnal and Kurukshetra.

- Communication: Fluency in Hindi and local dialect; basic functional English to handle digital tools and mobile apps.

- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler for daily local market travel.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
