Role Description The Solar Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and performance analysis of solar power projects. Day-to-day activities include assessing site conditions, coordinating with engineering and project teams, and evaluating solar system layouts to optimize energy generation and cost efficiency.

The role involves monitoring system performance, assisting in troubleshooting technical issues,



and ensuring compliance with relevant safety and quality standards.

Specialist will also collaborate with vendors and clients, prepare basic technical documentation, and provide input on improvements to Raymagic’s solar solutions.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of Solar Power and Solar Systems, with the ability to apply these concepts in practical project environments.
- Familiarity with the Solar Industry and Power Generation, including current technologies and market trends.
- Exposure to Wind Energy or other renewable energy sources is an advantage.
- Relevant technical education in engineering, renewable energy, or a related field.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, and use basic design or simulation tools.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to safety and quality.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel to project locations in and around Pune City as required.
