We are looking for a technically skilled and responsible Technical Person to join our solar power plant team. The candidate will be responsible for handling the technical activities related to solar PV system commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and site coordination. The ideal candidate should have basic to good knowledge of electrical systems, solar panels, inverters, ACDB/DCDB, earthing, wiring, and electrical safety procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical installations.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, testing instruments, earthing, MCB/MCCB, ACDB/DCDB, and inverters.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.




- Ability to work independently as well as with a technical team.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Previous experience in the solar industry/electrical field will be an advantage.
