Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solar Electrical Supervisor to supervise solar electrical installation and site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise solar electrical installation and site activities.
- Coordinate and monitor electricians and technicians.
- Ensure proper wiring, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Maintain electrical safety and quality standards.
- Manage manpower, materials, and daily site activities.
- Identify and resolve electrical and site-related issues.




- Monitor project progress and maintain daily reports.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical or solar projects.
- Good knowledge of solar electrical systems and installations.
- Solid supervisory, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site teams effectively.
