Responsibilities

- Execute the complete installation of residential solar projects following the specifications outlined in the approved Detailed Project Report.
- Manage logistics for material transportation and ensure all sites are fully prepared and ready for installation activities.
- Assemble and install critical system components, including mounting structures, solar modules, grounding systems, cabling, and inverters.
- Perform necessary civil engineering tasks, such as constructing foundations for structures and earthing pits.
- Configure and activate the Remote Monitoring System (RMS) to ensure real-time system tracking.
- Conduct comprehensive orientation sessions for clients,



explaining system functionality and providing basic operational training.
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain accurate documentation for both pre-installation and post-installation phases.

Requirements

v •Candidates must have completed Class 12 / ITI / Diploma

•Completion of a 3-month Skill Development Course

•0–2 years of experience in electrical installations, maintenance, or related electrical work preferred

•Willingness to travel extensively

•Positive oral and written communication skills ​
