We are looking for a Software Implementation Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and configuring software at client locations, providing training, and ensuring smooth software deployment and usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit client locations for software implementation and deployment.
- Understand client requirements and configure the software accordingly.
- Provide software training and support to clients and users.
- Coordinate with the technical/support team to resolve implementation-related issues.
- Travel to other states and client locations as required.
- Maintain proper communication and coordination with clients.
Job Requirements
- Monday to Saturday working.
- 2 leaves per month are allowed.
- Willingness to travel to other states as required.
- Valuable communication and basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers can also apply; training will be provided to suitable candidates.
- Candidates with software implementation or client-handling experience will be preferred.
Ideal Candidate A responsible, quick learner who is comfortable with client interaction, travelling, software implementation, and learning new technologies. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
