Roles and Responsibilities:

- Configure and develop WalkMe solutions for business applications and user journeys

- Build and maintain in-app guidance, walkthroughs, and adoption assets using web technologies

- Support application enhancement requests and resolve issues raised through ticketing workflows

- Collaborate with application teams to implement changes across web-based interfaces

- Maintain solution quality across multiple environments and support ongoing updates

Skills Required:

- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience

- Strong hands-on experience with WalkMe DAP configuration and development

- Solid working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for web-based implementations

- Experience supporting enterprise application workflows and user-facing enhancements

- Ability to work with ticketing tools and deliver reliable application support

Positive to Have

- ServiceNow experience

- Application development background

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
