- Company Description VARNIRAJ 100TECH INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED is a construction company headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

We are building a school operating system for Indian K–12 institutions — attendance, academics, fees, admissions and parent communication in one governed platform. This is the first engineering hire. You will make the decisions everyone else builds on.

What you'll own

- Stack selection — Frappe/ERPNext vs a custom Python stack. This is your call to make and defend.
- The multi-tenant architecture. Dozens of schools on one platform with hard data isolation. This decision is effectively irreversible, which is why we're hiring you before we hire anyone else.
- Data model for students, staff, academics, fees and communications
- Hiring and technically leading a team of 6–8 over the next year
- Code review, engineering standards, release process




- Technical oversight of any outsourced development

What we're looking for

- 8+ years building production software, at least 2 leading a team
- Robust Python. Django, FastAPI or Frappe all fine — we care about depth, not the framework.
- You have designed a multi-tenant SaaS system before and can explain the trade-offs you chose between shared-schema, schema-per-tenant and database-per-tenant
- PostgreSQL or MariaDB at scale, including query performance work
- Cloud infrastructure and CI/CD — you can stand up production yourself in week one
- Comfortable being the only engineer for the first month
